Room with beach view, very cozy and very clean. Staff is very friendly and informative.

On the first day of arriving in Phu Quoc, it rained, right at the door of the room there was a puddle, the room smelled of mold. Within 4 days, there was no cleaning of the room, the bathroom only had cold water, the service staff reported using a solar water heater, the elevator on the first day of arrival was stuck, had to use the stairs. the room is not what I thought, the experience is quite bad

The hotel room is too old, the air conditioner is not cool, the electrical sockets in the room are broken, only 1 socket has electricity, the night light is broken, the balcony door cannot be opened. staff use towels of check-out guests to wipe tea cups. Although the hotel has a balcony facing the sea, it is ugly and dirty. The toilet is messy and dirty. After checking in, I want to check out. Unfortunately, because the fee was deducted from the room rate, I had to stay. Luckily booked 1 night.
