The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the lobby is very large, the food suits our taste.

The best 4-star hotel with facilities that have no complaints at all, everything is comfortable, delicious food, comfortable rooms, cold AC, good Tentrem management.

My stay there was comfortable. The staff was very helpful when I asked for help printing documents and proof of stay. The minibar was also free. I also really liked the hotel's complimentary instant ginger milk and a tolak angin (a type of wind repellent) in the room.

During my recent stay at Chanti Hotel, I found it to be a quietly comfortable gem in the heart of Semarang: • Exceptional service: Staff went above and beyond—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. • Sparkling clean rooms: Rooms felt refreshed and modern, making for a relaxing stay. • Delicious and varied breakfast: A standout buffet with both Indonesian and international options. Great breakfast selection, comfy clean rooms, and friendly and helpful staff

First time staying at Chanti Hotel and I can say it's really worth the price. Location wise very strategic, hotel room is clean, fast Wi-Fi, but the highlight must be on the breakfast menu. Lots of varieties and taste is good. Would definitely come back again if I ever visit Semarang.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel area to the room is very clean and fragrant. The food is all delicious, there is also ice cream with Tolak Angin flavor heheh. Free mini bar in the room can get Kuku Bima Energy & Kunyit Asam. Strategic location. Parking is a bit narrow but don't worry, there will be officers who will help. The area near the hotel has many places for culinary. If there is a chance to return to Semarang, the children will definitely go to Chanti again 🥰

The hotel staff are all friendly, both in the lobby, FO, Resto and room service. For comfortable rooms, it's just a shame there is no closet to put clothes, just hangers. The breakfast menu for 4 nights here is quite varied, all the taste is delicious

room ok, free minibar but only kukubima n kunyit asam inside. coffee and tea bar at room quiet unique with ginger milk and ginger coffee. their service okay but a bit crowd and mess for breakfast area. their coffee station amazing, various traditional food for breakfast but taste standard. swimming pool okay but no attandee staff at area for towel stand by.
