Upon arriving at the hotel in the morning, I was exhausted from a long journey. I informed Ms. Alifa at reception, and I was pleasantly surprised by her prompt response and eagerness to find a comfortable solution for me. She arranged for me to check in early and even upgraded my room so I could rest immediately. Ms. Alifa coordinated directly with her team to prepare the room, and it took only about 15 minutes for it to be ready. When I entered, I was impressed. Despite my early check-in, the room wasn't rushed or rushed; it was spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the towels were fresh and carefully prepared. I extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Alifa and the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Wan, for their professional service and attentiveness. This experience truly made me feel valued and respected. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The warmth and professionalism of the staff, combined with the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms, reflect a high level of service.

I never expected to stay here so comfortably. The rooms are clean, the service is great, and the Wi-Fi is also smooth. Special thanks to Alifa, Mano, and Wawan for their excellent service.

The check-in process was hassle-free. The room was upgraded to Deluxe without paying. This is often the case. The lobby is spacious and smells great. The room is very clean and spacious enough, the bed is soft, the TV is big, the bathroom amenities are quite complete, there is a refrigerator but it is not cold. The breakfast is quite extensive. Next time I will stay here again, if I get a cheap price. because of the strategic location.

The hotel was all okay, only the check-in was a bit long, waiting for an hour to get a room, they said they would call me when the room was ready, I waited in the lobby, I saw that some people had just arrived and got a room straight away, I went back to the receptionist, ehhh the receptionist said she thought she had already got a room, oh my God. Even though it was clear that my things and I were still right in front of her.

The hotel and rooms are very clean, spacious, with great views, friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out without any deposit, and breakfast was also smooth and the food was good. The hotel is close to many restaurants and malls. There are 3 elevators so you don't have to wait long. This staycation also has JBL speakers, so you can play music continuously or listen to the radio. Hopefully, all room types will have smart TVs next time so you can watch Netflix.
