Dear Valued Guest, The check-in process was very easy. My room was upgraded to a Deluxe room without extra charge, which happens frequently. The lobby is spacious and smells nice. The room was very clean and spacious enough. The bed was comfortable, the TV was large, and the bathroom amenities were quite complete. There was a refrigerator, but it wasn't very cold.
