A hotel that can please families

The food selection wasn't very varied and the taste was mediocre. But it's the same as other safari park hotels. I didn't have high expectations, so I wasn't too disappointed. If possible, I'd like to add more delicious food. How would I do that? Mbuh. In the end, I used GoFood, but it ended up cold. Haha. Oh yeah, if the distance is so far, I'd rather be facing the hills than facing the animals.

A very comfortable and enjoyable hotel to bring your little one to... This hotel has always been a favorite, starting with her older sibling.

Two days wasn't enough, there were so many activities. The atmosphere was so comfortable, my son had a hard time getting home. The food was also quite delicious. I stayed in a premium room with a safari view. The sunrise was absolutely stunning in the morning 🤩

Nice hotel and suitable for vacation with family and children

suitable for children clean bathroom not so spacious room, good view of animals, some have mountain view.. playground needs to be upgraded... complete animals very satisfied here

bed linen was dirty, there was no alternative room left, so they need to do a linen change . floor was oily and requires mopping AGAIN after the cleaning before i checked in. not exactly a good experience.

This place is amazing, we can enjoy valuable moments with our family happily. All the staff are friendly, helpful, full of smiles, and greeting. The room is clean, tidy, complete with welcome snacks and drinks. The pool is wonderful, clean, clear, fresh, and low in chlorine. We can enjoy animals from the pool. It is a remarkable place and should be back here someday. Thank you

All the staffs are really friendly and helpful, the room is also complete, only the underbed is a bit smokey, and I left something behind, but the response was really fast. Only the breakfast menu is not so good, hopefully the chef will improve the taste.

The hotel is very child friendly, complete facilities, fun because you can see some cute animals.

Never get bored here. I've been here many times and never get bored with the atmosphere here. The atmosphere is calming. The view is pleasing to the eye and the air is very cool. The children also always like it because they can always interact with the animals.

What's unique here is that each room has carrots that can be given to the animals around the inn, mashallah

The environment offered are good we can live interact with animals and live feed it (it's payed program so it isn't include in the hotel fee) but the experience are worth it, things need to be corrected are the hotel room facility for a 4 stars hotel its like a 2/3 stars room the bed isn't as comfortable as standard 4 stars and room space isn't up to 4 stars standart, wifi connection needs to be better too, good thing aside the room is the hospitality of the staff they're 5 star and the buffet lot of selection and they're delicious

It's better to stay here before going to Prigen Safari Park, so it'll be more memorable... because if you've been to Prigen Safari Park, then stay here, so it'll be pricey and just B...

Good, but the room on the top floor looks gloomy and scary. Try to improve the atmosphere again. Every time I go down the elevator I get goosebumps, so far the facilities are ok, the kids are happy.

1. Wi-Fi is not good. 2. Hopefully the food menu can be expanded (access to the crowd is quite far so it would be nice if the menu could be varied). 3. Hopefully in the future for hotel guests who want to go to the Enchanting Forest there will be a golf cart facility to pick up and drop off from the hotel lobby.
