Initially, I had checked out, but due to some reasons, I had to stay in this city for another day and still chose this hotel again because it was so comfortable.

My mainstay every time I come to this city, I always come here because it is clean, fragrant, and the rooms are spacious.

Good service, clean hotel, top in Sangatta

Very comfortable and very close to the city. There are many restaurants around the hotel and it's close to the Bukit Pandang tourist attraction, which features a building-high coal mining truck.

Overall it is very good and comfortable. The drawbacks are in the Wi-Fi connectivity which in my opinion: 1. Not safe because it is "Open Connection" without a password so it can be used by irresponsible people to commit cyber crime. 2. Coverage in the room we used was very poor.

The room is comfortable and spacious as pictured. The place is not too far from the city. There are many choices of food and the staff are very kind. Thank you.
