The staff is kind. Very friendly We checked in a bit late at 2am, staff still answered the phone Tell me how to get the key card in front of the store. I really have to thank the staff. We went for 3 nights and 4 days. He is always busy with the room. Thank you very much. Near 7-11, near Tha Phae Walking Street. Walk about 1 kilometer and you will arrive. We went during the Loi Krathong festival, there are a lot of people, but everything is all good. Coming to Chiang Mai again, still staying at the same place, I won't be disappointed, I recommend this place.

Breakfast was a good 3 day 2 night stay. Very close to Saturday walking street. And Sunday, opposite the school. There are seven food items around the school. The room floor is the whole room of white water. The service staff are not good, keep the dish, place a very loud noise while people stay and eat. The face is not smiling, the overall look is not very clean. Very little breakfast

The room was not clean, the floor was stained with a glass of water on the shelves. The little ritual march to the island. Guys at night. We walked into the room and the bathroom when we opened the room, we are not okay, quality and clean is not worth the thousand baht per night. The hotel is next to the restaurant. Has a pungent aroma and sound throughout the night !!

Pros - right on the road - breakfast OK - near to eat - friendly housewife - soft bed, many pillows. Disadvantages - Receptionist must provide more access. Not much to help lift (for some people) - Breakfast runs out very quickly. And should also ask guests Do you want to get more food? - Less than 3-4 parking spaces only - Wifi is not stable - Air conditioner is not cold, tiles are slippery.
