The location is close to Malioboro, so you can walk or take a pedicab. The room is quite spacious, but when I checked in, the AC wasn't working, so the room smelled damp. Breakfast was decent, and the pool was always busy.

cleanliness is very poor and the food is not tasty

The bathroom was dirty and yellowish, as if it had never been cleaned. The water was dirty, the towels were dull and smelly, and the bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty and stained.

For me, the cleanliness was terrible for a 3-star hotel. The blankets were stained, the pillowcases were a worn white, and the stainless steel shower was rusty. I'd only stay here once.

My first time staying here was for a surprise birthday party for my little one. The location is great, right in the city center, close to Taman Pintar and Malioboro. My only complaint is that the breakfast menu isn't very varied, the floorboards in the room were peeling, and there was no coffee in the room (usually hotels have coffee, creamer, tea, and sugar). The room was comfortable for us, and the AC was cool.

Overall, the room was good. Access from the parking lot to the lobby and to the rooms was easy. The swimming pool was a bit dirty. The towels were no longer clean and had a strange smell. The sheets were a bit dirty. The room was spacious, and for four people, it was still okay.

Been there 3 times, close to culinary spots like Sate Mba Sum and Ayam Goreng Bu Tini, comfort & elegance

The hotel is in a strategic location. The service is friendly, almost everything is good, but the sheets and blankets are a bit dirty and the toilet is not very clean.

In my opinion, the location is in the middle of the city, the price is pocket-friendly, and I like the big bed the most, and it is close to places to eat.

Everything is okay but it would be better if the old pillows were replaced along with the yellow and shabby pillowcases, so that they look clean, the bathroom is also not that clean, there are lots of mites in the sink, there is no bathroom freshener and the water pipe is not positioned properly so the water keeps pooling, the floor of the room is dusty. The electricity went out, causing the AC and refrigerator to be off for quite a long time, I had to call 2x before the staff came.

Old hotel type, yayayyaya food, friendly staff, got a fairly high price because of the long weekend. Location: Strategic.

Because all the hotels are full in the Malioboro street area, but there is still the Dsenopati Hotel, thank you Traveloka.

second time staying here, first time during the pandemic staying in a deluxe twin bed room, the room is spacious and the 2 big beds can fit 4 people, the room and bathroom facilities are good and elegant, soft pillows, fragrant towels, food at breakfast is always filled, eh yesterday tried staying here again but with a standard room type 1 king bed, 1. the room is quite spacious, 2. complete TV channels, 3. towels have holes (but have been replaced with new ones), 4. the toothpaste holder is wrapped in plastic as needed, really according to the type of room STANDARD, different from the deluxe one that has a place, 5. the soap holder is also standard hahaha (different from the deluxe which is better), 6. breakfast is set at 7 am, many have run out and the refill takes a very long time, until I asked 3 times before the side dishes were refilled, 7. flat pillows, your hotel used to be very comfortable, but after 5 years have passed the comfort has decreased, only the receptionist STAFF is still good (smiling a lot and friendly), hopefully the comfort of the rooms for guests will be improved, it's a shame the hotel has a good design, strategic location, friendly staff but the rooms are uncomfortable, it's useless, thanks for the experience...

The hotel looks like an old building, the food is not very varied, there is a swimming pool but no one swims there.

Comfortable hotel, so it's an option if you return to Yogya.

BAD SERVICE for the staff is terrible, especially the FO, the only good thing is that the area is close to the city center, and there are pedicab drivers on standby so it's easy to go anywhere, the rest is not recommended.
