The staff are friendly, some are friendly, and some are not. The room cleaning staff is also lacking. Even though we put a "Clean Room" sign, it wasn't cleaned. Even at night, towels were only replaced. It's difficult to find a Grab because there are so many schools. If you're going to the airport, it's better to book 3 hours in advance. It's a bit far to Island Hospital and Gleneagles Hospital, but it's close to Adventist Hospital. The rooms aren't soundproof. Laughter can be heard in the rooms next door. And those facing the street are incredibly noisy... Ambulances pass by and motorcycles can be heard on the stereo, even on the top floor. The view is amazing. Hahaha. The queen-size bed is difficult for two people to sleep in. But I like staying there just because of the room, the large refrigerator, and microwave. ^^ Hopefully, things will improve in the future :D I'll be back often.

Nice hotel, easy to reach. Many food surrounding hotel. Clean and tidy room, with many facilities inside room.

It's fun to stay there with a large family because it's apartment-like. The rooms are great.

A hotel with the most reasonable rates and quality in Penang. Unfortunately, it's a bit far from the city center. Close to the Botanical Park, it's perfect for morning exercise.

The room and toilet were clean. The hotel staff was quick to help us with any minor complaints.

Okay, it's just a bit difficult to find food..

The room size is spacious, cleanliness is sufficient. I have extended my stay the previous night. The card has been updated with an additional stay. At 12 noon on the day I paid for the additional stay, I was contacted via WA to immediately check out because the type of room I paid for yesterday was different from the one I was occupying. Why was it that when I was processing the extension last night it was not completed properly? I was contacted via chat and phone while I was in the hospital and undergoing an examination. If I don't check out immediately, I will be charged 30 RM/hour. How is the service??? This is the second time I have stayed here in a period of 6 months. Next time I will choose another hotel. Thank you

There was a room with a view of the cemetery, and it wasn't listed in the description. We ended up moving to another room with an additional fee.

Have stayed here for several time, room is big and clean. Surrounding is full of stores and with 5 min walk to hawker center.

The room was spacious and quite clean. The location is nearby Adventist hospital. But it was ruinned by rude front office. It was very unpleasant experience i've ever had. The girl who handle upon check in and check out was rude (the same girl). Upon check in there's no complete explanation and how she explain supposed to be more polite. We had 1 room extend to different room (since the same room are fully booked, cant bed extend). Then 1 day prior, we asked thw guy at FO and he explain very well that he cant give any estimation time / room number and tomorrow we need to check again. We are super fine with the guy, he explain politely and clear. Then next morning the same girl was there, and when we asked the same question SHE DIDNT CHECK ANYTHING and just say that no room is ready or any room check out that time. Wow! How do you know when you dont check my room type, my reservation. She just template. And thats now how FO explain. Then at 11 we do check out 2 rooms, but 1 key still at hospital since my dad hospitalized and will check out from hospital today. The condition is, my mom need to take care my dad at hospital and they will extend to another room. But the girl said we need to RETURN THE KEY at 12 in the beginning. Wow! And how she explain was rude, no emphaty. They asked elder to comeback in 1 hour just to return 1 key. We said clearly we will return the key as soon as we can since my dad still hospitalized and she keep saying the same thing. OMG! I just need your flexibility. If we didnt return your key absolutely you can charge to our credit card that you've preauth upon check in. We are not that tipical difficult guest. We also didnt expect a top service of course. We just expect room ok, staff polite, thats all. But compare to Grab driver, they even more have attitude and more polite than this girl. My consideration booked this hotel is just because its near with the hospital. After this experience i rather booked another hotel far from hospital.

The hotel staff is very nice, the hotel also gave us an upgrade to a better and bigger room 👍 The room and bathroom are clean and the room is also spacious and comfortable.

The staff is friendly, if asked the response is good. If you ask for help, they help quickly.
