Very enjoyable for families, comfortable hotel atmosphere plus cool Batu City air

The hotel staff was very helpful with parking. The receptionist was friendly.

The hotel staff were all friendly, the rooms were nice, and the amenities were complete. I booked two rooms, and both had weak AC, but the technician responded quickly when my husband reported the issue. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, and the facilities were complete, including a gym and a swimming pool. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Batu next time.

This is my third stay here and it's truly become a family favorite. The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is comfortable, book a room with a balcony, the mountain view is really beautiful in the morning, and the lights are beautiful at night. The room amenities are very complete, and the price is also very reasonable for the facilities. Very close to Lippo Batu, just walking distance. It's also very close to good places to eat, everywhere is fine. The hotel food is delicious, varied and suits my child's taste. There is a super clean swimming pool, the hotel staff is very helpful, there is an outdoor playground near the pool which is relaxing, the indoor playground is also good if just for the kids to relax so they don't get bored. I definitely always stay here when I go to Malang or Batu.

It's a shame that the bathroom water is small and not very big, the sink water takes a long time to drain and is a bit clogged, overall everything else is okay.

A cozy place to stay. Too bad I only stayed one night. There's a garden restaurant on the 8th floor. It's very nice. The food is delicious and the prices are affordable. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

9/10 everything is almost okay but it's not soundproof yet, it's quite noisy if you drag chairs from the room above. Next time I can repeat staying here✨

Had trouble with the wrong booking date. The front desk staff was very helpful, allowing me to change the date and avoid cancellation.
