Every time I go to Bandung, I often stay here, the toilet and shower are in 2 separate rooms, the sink and mirror are very wide, the in-room dining price includes tax and service so it's not complicated, and now you can watch Netflix on the TV. The only minus is the room KEY problem, if you ask for 2, you have to save a CASH deposit of 300 thousand, I think this is very complicated. People nowadays rarely hold cash, it's also complicated if you only use 1 key because you have to go downstairs to bring a GoFood order and then go up using the elevator access which of course uses the room key card. So my child was left in a room without AC and lights. Please update the old policy regarding room keys and deposits, this is very troublesome for guests

The location is very strategic, so it's easy to find food by walking. The room layout is also unique and the room is quite spacious, especially there is a children's pool with warm water. Top deh.

comfortable and strategic hotel because there are many hits eating places around. also close to heritage. what is uncomfortable is in the parking area. really makes it uncomfortable.. even though it is valet but it is quite time consuming to wait for parking attendants, move cars, etc.. hopefully there is a way out for this problem. for check in and check out the process is very fast. thank you

The location is very strategic in the middle of Bandung city, very close to Bandung's hit cafes, you can even walk there. In the morning it is also good for a morning walk.

The hotel is kids friendly, all the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is also strategic, close to many hyped places, although on weekends it gets really congested in front of the hotel. But overall very satisfied with this hotel.
