Comfortable and strategic, clean, close to the NHI campus

Strategic location, lots of culinary options nearby, decent parking, there's a basement too. Kytos is great.

The location is strategically close to Plotekpar NHI Bandung. All the staff are friendly. I got a free room upgrade from standard to deluxe. The room was also clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This is the best until you rent 3 rooms

The swimming pool is warm... the rooftop area is cool anyway... even though the room is small, it makes up for it. Breakfast is quite simple

It's better not to replace a glass that has a hole or is broken on the edge, it's not nice to look at. I'm afraid it will hurt my lips.

The hotel staff is friendly, the facilities are great, and my kids really enjoyed the heated rooftop pool. It's close to the city center.

After reading reviews on YouTube and trying to work up the courage to stay there, was it really good? It's really good. The room is okay, clean, comfortable, but it's small, but not enough for lying down. The AC is strong and cold, and the bathroom is clean, but the hot water works well. It's just a shame the Wi-Fi is intermittent (please improve it). The swimming pool, which is said to be warm, turned out to be really warm. I was really satisfied and loved swimming at a height while enjoying the view. Plus, the pool's operating hours are until around 8:00 PM (it's even more beautiful when you see the view at night). The breakfast has a lot of variety and is delicious (it's a shame I was already full, so I didn't try the instant noodles, even though they were free). Thank you Kytos Hotel for accompanying me and helping me recover. I'll be back next time.

The hotel staff is friendly and the location is strategic

The hotel's location is strategic, if you want to go to Lembang it's close, if you want to go to the city it's close, in front of the hotel there are lots of places to eat so you won't be confused if you're hungry at night 😁

It was really nice to be given a happy honeymoon surprise with a cake 🥹 The staff is really friendly Gusti 🥹 My sister's birthday will be back, it's really easy to find food.

The swimming pool is top-notch. The warm water in the pool makes the kids want to swim for a long time. The water is clean, and the views of the city and mountains are pleasing to the eye. The food is delicious in a cool atmosphere on the semi-outdoor rooftop, plus a fish pond that the kids love. The rooms are quite small, though. The location is strategic, Indomaret and food are right next to the hotel, and there's also Ayam Keprabon across the street.

I'm satisfied staying here, not disappointed, the kids love it and want to come back again. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is also delicious, everything is delicious. Especially the favorite place is the warm water swimming pool... I will definitely come back again next time

I was given room 101. This was the first time I'd stayed in a hotel where the sound of cars and motorbikes buzzing nonstop until midnight could be heard in my room. It wasn't a comfortable place to rest, and I'd think twice about staying here, even though it's close by, just across the street from where I work at the Tourism Polytechnic. The room was cleaned, but not even a single glass was washed.

All the staff are friendly and helpful, the welcome drink is lemon tea which is really delicious, the hotel environment is clean, the bathroom is clean, the room is also clean even though I am quite fussy about the cleanliness of the room, the sheets, linen, duet cover, all are clean, surprisingly the food is delicious and quickly refilled when it runs out. The swimming pool is nice, it is quite warm but if it were warmer it would be more comfortable. The bathroom is clean and the hot water works well. Highly recommended. Just a suggestion if the staff wants to enter our room for example setting the AC, setting the TV that won't turn on, please take off your shoes because we use the room for prayer.

I'm so happy. Every time I go to Bandung, I choose this hotel. The swimming pool is warm. The breakfast is delicious. And my kids really enjoy seeing the fish pond. Basically, I'll keep coming back here every time I go to Bandung.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 family room with a capacity of 4 persons and 1 standard room. We were like rooms 319 and 317. In the family room, when I checked the standard, the water tap in the sink was very small, but that's okay. When checking the shower, the switch between the shower and the standard tap (for ablution) below it didn't work properly. When the button was switched, the shower water only dripped a little, the standard tap remained on high. But thankfully the staff was very responsive and helpful, it was immediately fixed. When I tried the AC remote it also didn't work, but a new AC remote was immediately delivered. The room was quite comfortable, but you have to be prepared for the noise of vehicles from the road which was very clearly audible, especially yesterday, Saturday night, there were many convoys/touring motorbikes towards Lembang, waking me up several times The swimming pool is top-notch, warm water on the rooftop, the best. Dinner at the 8one rooftop restaurant with the family was quite enjoyable, the nagor kebuli and oxtail soup were delicious, good job Chef👍 For breakfast, the variety is just standard. Thank you
