The room is quite clean and okay. Quite satisfied with the facilities. Check in and check out time is fast, the staff is on set. Great.

This is the 2nd time staying here. Unfortunately, I got a room with a less cold AC. However, the rest of the facilities are still quite comfortable. And for the motorbike parking area, please provide a more adequate place, because the parking area is crowded.

Arrived here at 12 midnight, the security guard was very kind knowing that we were tired from the long journey, helped by lifting the children's bags to our floor. The staff was quick but indeed in terms of greeting guests they did not really appreciate their work, already tired seeing sour faces, even more tired.

comfortable staying here, a bit damp, the smell is not very nice in the hotel area, got the 7th floor and the area smells really bad of cigarettes.. other than that it was pleasant and comfortable

Book 2 rooms, for 2 nights stay. Check in at 17:00, bathroom exhaust was off in room 618, asked for late check out and was given 30 minutes, but before 12 o'clock I already sent a WA to confirm check out
