The drinks that the previous guests had drunk were not moved and when I entered the room they were still arranged on the table.

AC is cold and good, hotel position is near airport (around 10 minutes).

A terrible experience. I was on the ground floor (like a basement). The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a musty, damp smell; there was a dead cockroach that hadn't been cleaned up. There was no hairdryer, the room was dusty and dirty, lacking many amenities, and it was incredibly cramped (nothing like the pictures the hotel posted). In the middle of the night, someone kept banging loudly on my door. Aside from being near the airport, everything else was awful!

Oh, I've never been to a hotel as bad as this one. The bathroom was dirty. The shower faucet broke. While I was taking a shower, the water ran out and I froze to death. The bed sheets didn't feel clean. The room wasn't soundproofed. The cars were noisy, and at 11-12am they were still talking loudly, I couldn't sleep. Early in the morning, the owner woke me up loudly, just like in a boarding house. It was really scary.

I booked a room near the airport because I was arriving late at night from Beijing. However, when I arrived at 2:00 AM, I was unexpectedly transferred to a different hotel without any prior notification by email or message. When I checked in, the room conditions were unacceptable: 1. The room was dirty – the floor was unclean, the furniture had dust, and there was an unpleasant damp smell. 2. The bedding was dirty and stained, and the overall quality was very poor. 3. The bathroom water was dirty, with a yellowish color, which was extremely concerning and unhygienic. This experience was far below expectations and caused me significant discomfort after a long international flight. I request that you review this issue and provide an appropriate explanation and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
