I booked this hotel because I expected to have breakfast...but breakfast was collected at 9am, so I didn't get to eat it. According to the general standard, should it be collected later? It's not okay. This doesn't include the torn towels that I had to force myself to use. Thank you for upgrading my room for free (because the room I booked was full). I was disappointed with the breakfast.

Everything is good. The sofa is stained. It doesn't look very clean. Breakfast would like to be a buffet or have a choice. Or add some fruit and milk to give. Overall, I like it. If you change it a bit, it will be great.
