so bad the hospitality so bad!, I not recommend this villa, its not same with the picture, and then the receptionist can angry to you

Nice quiet place to calm the mind.

The place is nice, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is calm. But what is lacking is only the cellphone signal which is difficult, luckily there is WiFi but it is still not strong enough in the room so it must be near the window or terrace of the room and TV broadcasts are not available.

A comfortable place for a vacation or just refreshing from a busy life. The review: 1). Fair parking area for motorbikes, there is only 1 car garage. So if there is a car parked on the side of the road. It is recommended to take a motorbike because the road is not too wide either. 2). The distance from the city center is not that far, so if you want to go out just looking for food / to the minimarket it's really close. 3). Beautiful rice fields and on the side of the road. So it's not difficult to find it. 4). The staff are all friendly and the atmosphere in the location is very quiet, there is a fish pond that really makes the atmosphere calm and comfortable. 5). For the room, if you want a rice field view from above, you can choose the standard one upstairs (there are only 2 rooms). The one under the view is a fish pond. But if you want a pool view, you can try the private villa. There are 3 private villas. 6). The breakfast is really good and the fruit is really fresh. 7). There is ac, safe, water heater for drinking coffee, there is a clothesline. 8). The bathroom is spacious and the bathroom amenities have clean towels, shampoo and shampoo. So, prepare your toothbrush and toothpaste. 9). There is no TV broadcast because TV services have not been paid for (October 2020). 10). Lack of router for upstairs rooms, so the wifi signal does not reach the top, no more than 2 signal bars. So, in conclusion this villa is really good and recommended for those who want to vacation or are looking for tranquility

The villa is quite pleasant around the rice fields, only parking for 4-wheeled vehicles is difficult when crowded.

I stayed in villa room 02, the staff was not honest, I left my fossil watch in the room. I asked to be checked, confirmed that the watch was not there, I don't know to be honest or not, I upgraded the room to the villa but the hot water didn't turn on the TV was also broken.

1. the hot water is not working. 2. order a family room but it must be 2 people, the one with the child sleeps outside. 3. indovision in villla 02 has not been paid so during the stay it doesn't turn on the TV, it's bad. 4. The TV in villa 05 cannot, I have stumbled with the big boss, he said, it was broken and there was no responsibility. 5. The air conditioner is like a fan, it runs even in villa 05 the remote AC can't help it, this can be this, it can, it can, it can be it, it can be, I don't know what is good. 7. the room key has been locked 2 times but can still be broken. 6. lack of cleanliness.

Only 1 was a bit disappointed because the application said inclued breakfast but when I checked-in there wasn't even though I finally got it but they and the water were needed.

The site says breakfast is available, but in fact until 10 am no breakfast is provided. When the question and answer have not been made. Even though it's already 10 o'clock in the morning. Hot water in the room also, if not rebuked it is turned on, WiFi is very slow. Actually the room is spacious and neat, but that's it. service like not ready. disappointed.

TV can't be used, breakfast has no choice.

I probably go back here as it's relaxing, silent people are friendly and lade back style.

It was very pleasant staying here because I like being in a natural natural atmosphere.

Plus: The location is not so far to the central highway of Ubud (1.5km) you can rent a motorbike, large & clean rooms, clean & scented bed linen & pillows, clean bathrooms & there are 3 towels (face, hands, body), the environment in the villa is very beautiful and calm even on the roadside. friendly staff & good service, can choose want breakfast in the room / restaurant / pool. Minus: there are no toilets (toothbrushes, toothpaste, cutton buds), breakfast menu variations are lacking, the swimming pool is very small, it can only be used for photos just because of its pretty view, there are mosquitoes a little because of many plants. but over all nice & recommended
