The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable.

I've stayed there several times, but none of the rooms have hair dryers. I ordered breakfast delivered to my room, but I waited two hours, and only received the food, not the drink I ordered. I thought it was delivered twice, but it arrived and nothing. Next time, check the information before delivering.

The staff were very friendly and kind, including the receptionist, valet parking attendant, bellboy, and baggage handler.

The hotel is close to the city, comfortable, the food menu is also okay...

I had a room on the 6th floor, No. 606. On the 7th is the rooftop bar. Could hear the music in the room. At 6 in the morning, the staff started testing the sound system and singing. That was not necessary. Everything else was to my satisfaction. I’ll be back but not on the 6th floor!

The location is extraordinary, on Sundays CFD culinary in front of the hotel, right next to Sarinah, the food is all delicious and the hotel is very clean, this is the second time I have stayed here.

Loving the hotel interior, and didn't realize that the stairs in the lobby were the one featured in Sore's movie poster. Stayed at the level 6 room which was below the bar at the rooftop and the sound and noise were quite prominent.

The hotel room was very comfortable, fragrant and the breakfast was quite varied.
