The staff is friendly, the hotel is old, the rooms need to be repaired because there is no refrigerator, the TV is very small, breakfast is only fried rice and eggs, hopefully the rooms will be repaired in the future

The atmosphere is nice, but unfortunately, when I wanted to check in at half past 3, the room wasn't ready. I booked 4 rooms, only 1 was ready.

The staff at the receptionist were unclear. I had already made a note in the application for early check-in. When I first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said I could check in at 10. When I waited until 10, I went to the receptionist and was told I couldn't check in at 10 but had to wait until 2:00 PM. Frankly, I felt like I was being played because I had waited a long time since 7 AM in the morning and still couldn't check in later.

Good location, but the AC is broken and the bed makes a slight noise. Food is good, wifi doesn't work, hot water only works once in a shower, the next day it's cold.

If you go to Pangandaran, you will definitely stay here. The price is also suitable for those who bring a lot of family. There are not many rules but it is still orderly and comfortable. Moreover, there is a new building. Hopefully, Bumi Nusantara will be more successful.

The service is very lacking. The lights go out at night, some facilities are damaged, the lights are not bright enough, still old-fashioned. The breakfast portions and types of food are also not many.

booked 2 rooms for my brother and parents they said the food was delicious with lots of variations, the only minus was the TV remote and AC remote were missing, I had complained but they still weren't there, so I couldn't enjoy the TV channels, the AC temperature couldn't be raised or lowered, the others were good, satisfied. Hopefully the service can be better in the future.

I was a bit disappointed because I had requested a large bed because I had a baby so it was impossible to have a twin bed, but thank God the waiter was quick and apologized, finally replaced with a bed that was according to my wishes, so far it's comfortable even though the building is old, there is a bathtub and the hot water is still working 👍🏻
