So far the location and atmosphere of the hotel is the best.

Good for solo travelers, very easy to get to every place.

The staff speaks softly when talking to customers, but when talking to each other, they speak loudly. This is my third time here but it's probably the time I feel the most uncomfortable. Normally, when I'm on the 4th floor, I don't see water running in the pipes. This time, I'm on the 1st floor, room 104, and the water pipe of the 2nd floor bathroom seems to be right above my room, so every time someone flushes the water, it's very noisy. Especially at 4-5am, when someone gets up to flush the toilet, shower, the water flows loudly, making it very uncomfortable. Everything else is OK in every aspect, I think it's just that this room has this problem, so from now on, I won't stay in a room like this again.

Staff are not friendly. Deposit policy is not flexible. Asking customers to deposit must be in Bath, not USD even though they are asked to deposit more USD. Because guests need money to spend, it is not accepted.
