A very pleasant hotel. The staff were quick to help with luggage. Check-in was quick. The receptionist was friendly. The room was very comfortable and very clean (especially the floor). The bathroom was also very clean. The shower had a strong water flow. Overall, I was very satisfied and would return again.

We stayed one night from Saturday to Sunday. Check-in was full at 4 PM, and we waited almost 40 minutes because the room wasn't ready. The receptionist, Novi, was quite patient. The room was quite clean, but the AC wasn't cold enough at first. Room amenities included an iron, mini fridge, and good TV channels, but there was no paper or pen. Breakfast had a wide selection and was quite tasty. The staff was friendly and efficient. Mr. Shaky was also friendly and helpful, offering tea, coffee, or herbal drinks. There were kids' activities in the morning. The parking lot is quite spacious, with B1 and B2 parking spaces, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. The door to the elevator in B2 was broken, so people without a room card could access the elevator area. I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel, but the parking attendant at the exit was unfriendly and didn't greet me at all. They need training.

Super happy to held my wedding in Holiday Inn! The staffs were very professional and friendly, the convention hall and hotel room was super clean, the amenities were quite complete, and the food... it's really really really good 👍🏻 The only drawback is only the accessibility. Pasteur is known to have super bad traffic jam, and my wedding was held on long weekend. So, the traffic jam was terrible 😅

So far, I'm satisfied, but the service is a bit lacking. Check-in is at 2 PM, but after 2 PM, the room wasn't ready, even though I booked the hotel well in advance.

It was a great stay at Holiday Inn Bandung, the rooms are nice and spacious, the location is very strategic.

Old hotel but the facilities are well maintained and of very good quality. Friendly staff, clean pool, spacious room, 4 pillows, clean, basically want to come back to stay here again.
