Highly recommended. Close to many tourist attractions in Hanoi. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is excellent. Plus, they have an iron available upon request. The food is delicious, and Muslim-friendly options include veggie options, fruit options, bread options, and eggs. Thank you 😍

Bảo vệ và nhân viên liên tục đòi tiền gửi xe 100k với lý do phải thức đêm trông xe. Vậy thuê bảo vệ ca đêm để ngủ à . Thuê phòng giá 2tr mà từ bảo vệ đến lễ tân ca đêm, nhân viên ca sáng chỉ mơi tiền tip do phải trông xe đêm. Đến lúc cáu mình bảo chuyển khoản vào mã qr của khách sạn và ghi thì lại bảo thôi không cần chuyển. Kbg quay lại , vui vẻ nhiệt tình thì còn tip chứ mơi thì không bao giờ nhé. Chào thân ái!
