The receptionist was unprofessional and miscommunication.. I had booked room no. 5 a long time ago and the hotel staff who received my WhatsApp informed me that room no. 5 was available because I had often stayed there and had requested room no. 4 or 5, basically the one near the pool, the kitchen row behind the bar.. and the day before (July 4th afternoon) I had confirmed again that I would be staying and also that I had booked room no. 5 for 2 days and the receptionist confirmed it via WhatsApp.. when the day arrived, I arrived on July 5th afternoon around 2 pm, the receptionist with curly white hair said that room no. 5 had been given to another guest and I was offered room no. 4 or an upgrade to the executive room on the 2nd floor. Very unprofessional.. finally I said Whatever I did, I stayed in room 5. I finally got around to it, but when I entered the room, the trash can was full of trash and the blanket was stained. The receptionist said the room had just been used by a previous guest who had already been there. I hate that kind of thing, so I asked for the blanket to be replaced. I've stayed there several times and I'm treated like that... it's really unprofessional. The Wi-Fi is also very slow.

When I arrived the water was broken had to wait until 6 pm. And the water was still dirty. The floor was still a bit dusty. The AC was cold, the staff was quite friendly. The parking lot was not spacious enough, only 2 cars. I don't know if there are other locations.

Was a cute hotel, big enough room and bath with shower. Very nice Javanese style lobby, with set of gamelan. They even played it at night! The hotel also has a lovely pool. Quite inviting, but did not have time to try. Was given an afternoon coffee or tea. Please upgrade the towel and linen, as they look very old and shabby. Also, please check the water pressure, it was quite inconsistent.

Check in jam 9pm. Nyampe kamar ga ada sandal. Telp resepsionis ga diangkat, padahal pas aku samperin ke lobby ada yang jaga. Minta sandal trus dikasih. Setelah itu TV ga bisa dinyalakan, telp resepsionis ga diangkat, padahal pas aku samperin ada yang jaga, trus tv dibenerin. Trus di lantai kamar ada anak kecoa. Toiletnya bersih, kamarnya ga sempit. Hotelnya nuansanya Jawa banget. Pas nyampe kamar, gamelan yang ada di lobby dimainkan.

Staying here is like entering time travel to ancient Java, the place is unique, Javanese and aesthetic. When I was staying there (Sunday night) there was gamelan practice which was quite loud which could be heard in the room, luckily at 10.30pm it was over (after making several calls to the receptionist). The hotel is quite clean, standard breakfast, friendly service.
