The mattresses need updating. My WiFi didn't work. It's on the 3rd floor. The hotel's ambiance, with carvings in every corner, is a hallmark. I'm giving it all 5 stars for the friendliness.

The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I had already checked out and was heading to the airport, but it was still five hours away. I left my luggage and waited in the lobby for a while, but they still provided excellent service. Oh, and one more thing: my child accidentally broke the shower faucet, and the technician said it was okay and would fix it. Absolutely the best! 👍

The location is strategic. It's within walking distance of Bogor Station, close to KRB and BTM, and has plenty of eateries nearby. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, but the air conditioning isn't cold enough.

Room 404: Only one light was on, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. Room 405: There was a strong smell of urine, and the AC was leaking.

Convenient access from downtown Bogor, right in front of the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Close to Bogor Station. Reasonably priced. The restaurant is quite well-stocked. The staff is friendly. Recommended for those on a budget.

Despite the negative reviews on Google, thank God I got a great room. It was spacious, clean, and had a truly stunning view of Mount Salak. Room 526. Oh yeah, it's strategically located, close to Suryakencana and the Bogor Botanical Gardens. And what's unique about this hotel is that each floor has its own theme. The fifth floor is Chinese-themed. It's great, it looks luxurious.

Recommended, right in the city center you can exercise in the botanical gardens very close by.

So far, it's okay for a first experience. Breakfast wasn't buffet style and was delivered to the room, even though I wanted to have breakfast near the swimming pool.

Amazing stay at Onih Hotel.

It was terrible and I was fed up. I waited until past 3 a.m. for the room to be ready. When I entered the room, the floor was still wet, having just been mopped. Check-out was at 12:15 p.m. After that, there was a 30% charge, according to the receptionist. I was fed up!

Nice hotel for the price. Bathrooms need an update, but besides that, not bad.

The kids were happy, with a swimming pool and mini playground. Luckily, we got a great deal yesterday, and the staff was friendly.
