Thank God, this is my second stay. My wife and kids are happy. The location is strategic. I was able to feed the deer in the morning while walking. I got a promotional price from the app. The food is delicious, especially the lontong sayur (vegetarian rice cake). It's the best. I'll definitely come back here again next time. ♥️

The exterior is grand, the lobby is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The room is nice, the view from inside is beautiful, and the Wi-Fi is also good. The restaurant is spacious, the food is varied, and the refill time is also appropriate. All in all, it was a great experience staying here. I will definitely be back. Oh, by the way, I didn't get slippers, the bathroom door didn't click, and there's only one working elevator, so guests have to deal with dirty sheets and hotel staff. Hopefully, this won't happen again.

The room was okay for the price... but the room was not very clean and a lot of the paint was a bit moldy. The bathroom door couldn't be closed from the outside.

Staying here was really nice, close to everywhere, delicious breakfast, good service, great facilities, basically great, hopefully I can come back again later

Everything is really good, the staff is friendly, the location is clean, aesthetic, basically there are lots of photo spots hehe, the food is also delicious, the rooms on each floor have a different theme, we happened to get the middle eastern one lol, the room is cute and comfortable, it's really cool.

I was at the front office on December 31st. I got a leaky room. I was shown photos, but I still had to wait for a technician to confirm. I was moved to a lower class room. I was downgraded, but the hot water wouldn't work. I had to wait for a technician again, and then I was moved to another room. But the service was 0. I was made to wait for hours standing in front of my room because my card had several errors. My complaint was only handled by street vendors. The manager only came down after being scolded. Worst hotel experience in 2025.

The service was good, and the staff was friendly. The room was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, the sheets, pillowcases, and towels were dirty and faded and need to be replaced. The location is strategically close to the botanical gardens.

The hotel walls were moldy due to leaking seepage, the room smelled musty and the sheets were dirty.

The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, it's just a shame there's no welcome drink when you arrive... but overall it's good
