A perfect hotel to stay, and if it's Sunday morning, you can go to CFD just a few steps away.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. However, the staff's friendliness needs to be improved. The 3S concept for hospitality services should be implemented. There aren't enough smiles at the front desk and security.

I requested a room with a view from Traveloka, but the hotel didn't provide it. I was a bit disappointed, and the room wasn't soundproof.

Short stay with bad experience. High deposit. Initially given a room that was not finished being cleaned, complained, then given a replacement room that also seemed to have just been cleaned, no towels & amenities available yet when we came. The bed makes a sound.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is very good. The room is clean as well as the bathroom. The food is varied and delicious.

Check in time is from 14.00, you still have to wait another 45 minutes because the room is still being cleaned.

Clean hotel, from security, all officers are friendly and smiling. Central location, and on Sundays you can join carfreeday. There is a gym too.
