The hotel is located in the center of Sapa, the host is friendly, the road here is steep and narrow so you should be careful, the accommodation service here is okay with a reasonable cheap price

The owner, her daughter and the staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic (my family changed rooms at the hotel and they also supported us). There was a small extra charge because our family changed from a room for 2 people to a room for 4 people. It's a 1-minute walk to the center (near the square, train station, stone church... I find it convenient to go anywhere). Everyone should book a room here.

The room design is dark and old.. the soundproofing is not good. There are a lot of stickers on the wall, the shower is broken.. the room is cramped, the price is quite high, no breakfast included.

Mình đã đặt nhầm 2 phòng nhưng chị chủ đã nhiệt tình giúp mình đổi thành 1 phòng. Khách sạn gần trung tâm nhưng yên tĩnh. Chuyến đi 2 ngày tuyệt đẹp.

Vị trí gần trung tâm, đi lại thuận tiện, chị chủ cũng hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.

I came to SaPa in winter so it was very cold. But their rooms don't have heaters so I can't sleep because I'm freezing 🥶.

The hotel is very OK. The room is a bit classic but close to the center. Receptionist is very cute. Everyone can choose to get affordable prices

พนักงานให้เช็คอินก่อนเวลาได้ก่อน 1-2 ชั่วโมง เลยค่ะ ดีมากค่ะ ขอห้องได้ แต่ห้องพักเก่าและเหม็นมากค่ะ เป็นกลิ่นชื้นๆ เตียงแข็งเอาเรื่องอยู่ค่ะ หมอนตามสภาพเลยค่ะ มีกลิ่นและคราบๆ ไม่น่านอนสุดๆ เช็คอินตอน 9 โมง เช็คเอ้า ออก 4 โมงไปหาโรงแรมอื่นนอนเลยค่ะ เพราะคิดว่าน่าจะนอนไม่หลับแน่ๆ

I stay for 3D2N, every night we found that baby cockroach in our room. Actually the room OK, but in my last day the lift off. I need to use stairs from 4th floor to receptionist area, which is in 1st Floor.

Warm, affordable hotel. When I come back to Sapa, I will still choose this place
