The hotel staff was friendly and the environment was very comfortable, but for me yesterday, the AC wasn't cold enough even though it was already at 18°C. I thought it was because it was hot during the day, but it turned out it still wasn't cold until the evening, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

I couldn't sleep well that night. All the lights were off in the room, but a bright light from the hallway lamp shone into my room. Not a good night's rest!!

The AC is not cold. You can move rooms but when you move to room 1, the toilet door is broken.

The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are neat and clean, but unfortunately there are parts of the room where the Wi-Fi facility cannot be accessed, hopefully it can be improved in the future 🤗

First, upon check-in, the room was very smelly and a bit cramped.

The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, it was clean, there was no musty cigarette smell or other odors, and the staff was always on hand for check-in and check-out. The room we were originally staying in had water seepage from the toilet, making it muddy, so we were immediately moved to a safer room. It's okay 👍
