Good Hotel and comfortable. Area

The room was nice, but I couldn't sleep, I got room number 105 at the very end, it was like there was something disturbing me, this is the first time I've stayed in a guesthouse/hotel and I couldn't sleep, I was scared, and it was so quiet it was scary going up to the 2nd floor, hopefully that's just my feeling

A place that is easy to access anywhere, simple and complete, at an affordable price. For the Riau road area, this is quite good

The mattress is soft and doesn't sink even though the price is economical.

Because it's a shared bathroom, it's a bit scary if you want to take a shower at night.

Strategic location near food and laundry. The smell of cigarettes in the lobby and in the rooms is very strong (even though the rule is no smoking). I saw visitors smoking in the lobby but were not reprimanded. The room smells really dusty. The AC is not cold enough and is noisy. The sheets and blankets are not clean. According to price.

The check-in experience was quite good unlike anything I've experienced here in the past. The room is actually quite comfortable, the bed, the mattress is soft, cable TV broadcasts, there is warm water. But it's useless if the AC only has air. Even though the weather is hot in Pekanbaru. Luckily I only stayed one night.

I was not satisfied stay there. I requested queen size bed but they given 2 single bad, aircon was not cool.

The room smells musty, the brackets are the point.

Ordered a double bed room and was given a single bed, he said there was no room but after complaining it turned out that there was a room. The hotel does not have an elevator, if you want to check-in, you have to go up and down stairs, it's incredibly tired. The breakfast is not good at all. The nuance is like an old-fashioned hotel and for a driver's stopover. Very disappointing.

This hotel is very disappointing, the rooms are not cleaned and then no water is added. The bathroom is outside the room and is really filthy. Not recommended this hotel.

Room 125 is very hot, the ac is on but not cold. Very disappointed. Cleanliness is lacking, service is also lacking.

Food is not good, toothbrush is not available, there is not even a bucket of scoop, stingy soap.

Irresponsible, for reasons of price, is actually not our business, it's the business of the hotel with Traveloka Site, but the hotel just hands off. Rather than adding money to the inn, I stayed at another place, because it was as if the hotel would only look for opportunities?

The hotel no longer cooperates with the Traveloka Site so it has to come back when checking in even though it has been transferred to the Traveloka Site, breakfast is not available, the AC is not cold, but the room is clean.

The rooms are okay, the cleanliness is okay, the breakfast is according to the price but it's still okay anyway, only the AC of the room is not functioning properly, especially room 105, it is hot.
