Read reviews on Google about complaints about cleanliness and water issues, when I stayed it was safe, the water was clean.

The location is okay because it is located in the city center, but for cleanliness, please improve it, especially in the bathroom, the water is cloudy and the toilet is still yellow, the room is also too dark, please improve it again 🙏

I've been here several times but this is the most uncomfortable, I got a room with a dirty bathroom that had cockroaches, the first water that came out was very yellow, the smell of urine reached the room, when I asked for air freshener I was given one that looked like bird spray but the spray was broken, the room was also musty, it's really unfortunate even though the hotel is big and nice but it's not well maintained, hopefully in the future they can pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, good luck🫶
