Stayed here while trekking to Mount Raung. It's very close to the station. It's comfortable and clean.

The place is perfect for relaxing and reminiscing. The hotel grounds are expansive, with everything from plantations to cattle farms where you can book guided tours and even see the cheese-making process. The location is unique, close to the train station, but the sound of the trains isn't disturbing at all.

The reservation and security staff are very friendly, the facilities are complete with AC, water heater, kettle and coffee and sugar, it's just a shame the room is a bit dirty, there are spider webs.. If you pass by sometime, it can be a recommendation for you to stay, btw I stayed because it was late because I wanted to pass Gumitir, so I made a reservation through Traveloka and there was a promo at that time at a price of 230 thousand

Kamar bersih, kolam renang bagus, makanan enak, ada wisata-nya buat lihat sapi perah cuma ada bau sapi-nya yang agak sedikit mengganggu apalagi dekat restoran-nya.

Tempat asri, staf ramah, kamar oke bersih cuma handuknya kurang bersih. Menu sarapan lumayan enak, cuma roti yang kayak croisan keras banget. Minus di kolamnya banyak tawon ber terbangan di pinggir kolam. Jadi was-was berenangnya. Padahal suasana kolam di sore hari syahdu banget.

The receptionist is very careless which is detrimental to customers. I called and WA, can you pick me up at Banyuwangi City Station? The answer is yes. And when it was time to pick me up, it turned out the driver hadn't left yet, I had to wait 1.5 hours at the station. The hotel is very far away and there is no grab or gojek. When I checked out, because I had been trying to find Grab or Gojek for 1 hour and couldn't find a driver, finally I asked for help to be taken from the hotel, but it turned out that the response was very slow, there was no clarity, the admin didn't even know what to do. Here there there. Finally I walked to the station carrying the baby and lots of things. If you can't deliver, you should be informed carefully or provide a solution because there are no online motorbike taxis, you can look for a motorbike taxi or other vehicle. This is the first time I have received facilities like this in 3 star class, not recommend to staycation at Margo Utomo Resort!
