The location is good in the middle of the city, the room is quite spacious, clean, only parking will be a challenge because it is limited, but you can help by leaving the key

Booked a twin room and when I checked in, they said I was upgraded to a triple room with a balcony..Because the twin room was sold out. Strange! Even though I booked it 2 weeks before. Okay. Disappointing.. What they said was a balcony, was just a small terrace and dirty. Lots of cigarette butts and ash. Look at the photo, yes. And the bed is small. It's hard to turn over. Luckily it was only one night. For those with a large body, this is real. The bed is uncomfortable. Don't want to exchange it for a triple room.

The hotel is strategically located and very homey

From the outside, the hotel looks beautiful. The location is excellent, close to many delicious restaurants and within walking distance. So, even without breakfast, it's perfectly safe. Upon closer inspection, the hotel's details are quite lacking, especially in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom floor is crusty, the towels and blankets (unfortunately, the blanket wasn't photographed) aren't spotlessly white, and the hotel hallway floor is dirty. Sound from outside the room leaks heavily, and the Wi-Fi is poor. It's fine for chatting, but even browsing basic websites is quite slow.

I always stay here every time I go on business trips to Bandung. The hotel is clean, secure, and the cafe is delicious. I'd love to see more variety in the breakfast menu. The breakfast menu is limited, so I rarely book a room with breakfast included.

overall is wonderful, from security guard, receptionist, restaurant staff and it was great experience. And if i could give few advise please change your tv to google tv or add an android box and the most important charging station for EV. Thank you Hay Bandung for pleasant and wonderful stay experience

The hotel needs some work. 1. The bathroom smelled of urine, even though I had just entered the room and the bathroom was still dry. I thought it was because of the floor mat, which we eventually removed, but the smell persisted until the evening. Finally, I tried splashing the floor with lots of water (using a glass), and the smell finally disappeared. I'm not afraid of how housekeeping cleaned the room before I entered. 2. I had lunch at the restaurant in the hotel lobby, ordering a chicken rice bowl with honey sauce. In the middle of eating, I suddenly saw a small cockroach lying on its back behind the chicken. The waitress responded well, they immediately replaced my meal, but I still think the restaurant's cleanliness is lacking. 3. The magnetic card was crumpled and dirty and sometimes couldn't be tapped for access. Finally, I asked for a replacement. The receptionist gave me a replacement card and programmed the old one. After I went up to my room, both cards couldn't be used to open the door. Finally, I went back down and asked for my card to be fixed. I've stayed at this hotel several times because it's comfortable and has a great location. Previously, my experience was always good. This was the first time I had a less than pleasant experience staying there. Hopefully, Hay Hotel management will make improvements soon so the hotel can be enjoyable again.

The bed makes a creaking sound like it's going to collapse.. when I want to turn over it makes a sound.. when I want to get on the bed it makes a sound..

we got room replacemnet on the 2nd day of our stay bcs.our 1st room was hectic and the sound of motorcycles can be heard from inside our bed room.

Always serving well during my staycation

It's one of my favorite places to stay over... Well, surrounding and peaceful.

The hotel is clean, the environment is full of culinary options. Suggestions for breakfast are not very varied for a 3-star hotel. Coincidentally, when I had breakfast, the choice of side dishes was only fish, there was no choice of beef/chicken, not everyone likes chicken.

Strategic location, limited parking. Breakfast menu is not appropriate for the 800,000 IDR room rate. It could be better. Breakfast wasn't finished yet, but most of the food was already gone.

The experience was outstanding. I would clearly revisit. The staff were so friendly. Big thanks to the staff for making the cons of this hotel (the parking lot was so small) not a big deal eventually, because the staff were really helpful.

It's a nice place to stay, and the location is so strategic, near cafes and stores to shop.

I have stayed at Hay Hotel 3 times, it is very pleasant because the hotel is located close to culinary places and distro places.

The location is good. If you're bored with Bandung's traffic, just walking around the hotel area is quite interesting. You can take a morning walk to Gasibu and Gedung Sate in just 15 minutes. The Gempol area is also close. The room is spacious, with one pillow and one bolster. The bed cover is neatly arranged. The hot water is excellent. The lobby is attractive and beautiful. The security guards are very friendly. We got a price of 1 million rupiah per night because it was a long weekend, year-end. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't very clean; there was moss, the mat was torn, the towels weren't absorbent, and the bedsheets were starting to turn grayish-brown. I suggest replacing them. The breakfast selection wasn't very appealing, and the porridge lacked protein toppings. However, the fried vermicelli was delicious.
