I highly recommend replacing the bath mat and blanket with new ones. The bathroom and room also need a deep cleaning because there are stains on every corner, especially the shower glass. I like the hotel; there are lots of trees, it's easy to find food, and it's very comfortable. The breakfast, although not varied, was sufficient for us. If I go to Bandung, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Hopefully, when I come back it will be more comfortable than before. Thank you and stay healthy.

Strategic location, near Gempol Market. Breakfast menu is standard, but the taste is okay. The room's AC was broken, making it stuffy, but we couldn't move rooms because the hotel was full. The bath towels were thin and worn, not absorbing water. The room's Wi-Fi was unstable.

Check-in was fast and ran smoothly. Deposit of IDR 100,000 will be refunded 100%. The location is very good, near distro, sari-sari, Rumah Buah, and some other favorite shops in Bandung - Riau area, all within walking distance. My request: maybe add 1 or 2 light bulbs inside the room as it's quite dim at night. Although I didn't book with breakfast, my 2-night stay was very enjoyable. The hotel also upgraded my room from twin to triple room with a balcony overlooking the road in front of the hotel.

It's on the list of top hotels in terms of access, comfort, facilities, and cleanliness. The food is a bit varied, but it's delicious. The staff is also friendly. Overall, it was very comfortable and I'd come back again.

Our only complaints were the bathroom, which wasn't very clean, and the towels weren't very clean. Otherwise, we were quite satisfied, especially with its strategic location.

The hotel is strategically located. It's close to culinary centers and bistros. Luckily, I stayed on a weekday, so it wasn't too congested and was close to the PVJ area. In the morning, I could also walk to the surrounding culinary spots. Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was poor, so when guests in the next room chatted, I could hear them in my room.

I booked a non-smoking room but was given a room that smelled of cigarettes. I was given a replacement room, but the floor was still stained and dirty, so I asked for a second cleaning. I stayed the second night and asked for the room to be cleaned, but it hadn't been cleaned until the afternoon. Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms.

I've stayed at Hay more than once, but this was the first time I was disappointed with the room I got. Some of the lights wouldn't work, the front light was also out, making the room feel gloomy. The plugs on the desk were loose, the doormat was torn, and the curtains were loosely pulled down. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. Hay is always my family and I's first choice when we visit Bandung. It's strategically located, close to culinary spots. Please improve in the future.
