I couldn't check in to the room even though I had successfully booked a room on the app because the hotel said it was out of room :) The receptionist suggested to book another room for me, the room you booked was a small, old, and unsanitary motel. I didn't agree, and before that, when I waited for you for 30 minutes, I also told you to just refund, no need to find another room. I waited for an hour for you guys to refund me (I gave my booking, invoice, transfer information), but you guys were still very confused even though it was 11pm. And it wasn't until my family was very tired and angry and asked to talk to the manager and wanted it to be resolved immediately so that we could go somewhere else to rest, that they gave me the cash back. Extremely tired of this unprofessional way of working of the hotel
