The room is smaller than the picture I booked. Extra bed is just a mattress to add to the ground. The room does not have free mineral water. I asked twice but I was not given.

The room I stayed in looked very neat and clean, the hotel staff spoke softly, resolved problems professionally and enthusiastically. The hotel is located near the place selling salted egg poles, Co Ba cake, Circle K, neighborhood market, near Hoang Minh stingray hotpot, so it's all convenient. I had a problem with locking the room door and was refunded 10% of the room rate by the hotel

ví trí thuận lợi, nhân viên nhiệt tình, thiết bị trong phòng hơi cũ, nhà vệ sinh có mùi rất hôi. bất tiện nhất là không cho mang đồ ăn lên phòng. Đặt biệt có ăn sáng, nhưng khi kêu đồ ăn thì phục vụ hỏi có muốn ăn thêm, uống thêm gì không (lẽ ra phải nói với khách nếu gọi thêm sẽ tính tiền) thì không nói rõ. chờ khách gọi xong mới lại nói là sẽ tính tiền phần đó. không đáng bao nhiêu cả nhưng không thích như vậy . phục vụ ăn mà không có giấy lau, để hỏi đến thì bao không xài giấy dùng khăn ướt và đương nhiên cũng không phải free. ăn 2 tô bún bò sáng gọi thêm 1 vài thứ bằng ăn 2 tô bún ở ngoài.

The hotel is quite good, the location of the shop can go from the front yard to the back yard easily, the area near the hotel has many famous restaurants of the hotel train which are not soundproofed, can be heard in the lobby talking quite big, the rooftop swimming pool is not changing water and cleaning, so I don't use it.
