It was great pleasure stay at freesia sapa hotel. Nice & friendly staff, located at good area near sapa lake & sapa market. Good ambience.

I love to stay here in Freesia Hotel Sapa, cause it wasn't my expectation that the distance to the city. This is my first time come to sapa and i love it

The staff very friendly. I came from Hanoi at 5 in the morning and can check in early without any payment, thank you so much. When I comeback to Sapa I will stay at your hotel again. Keep a good service 🤩.

I really fascinated with the hotel's hospitality. I want to thank you to the old man (maybe the owner) when we arrived at Sapa 04.00 AM, the old man immediately help us to our room and we got our room in the morning, imagine which hotel were able to do that? I think this is the only one best service I have ever had. I also want to thank the other staffs whom were really friendly to us and serviced great breakfast during our stay. Can you imagine that I only booked for 1 night in this hotel, after that I decided to extend one more night because I love this city and the hotel really comfy as well. Sure I will comeback again to this city and Freesia Hotel. Thank you so much.

Nice room near places to visit, will visit again if I have the chance

Enthusiastic staff in accepting luggage storage and consulting, buying cable car tickets, renting motorbikes for guests. Swimming pool is outside the hotel, tempered glass at the coffee shop has 2 broken ones. Sapa is not the season to go, so it's okay. I feel empty. The hotel doesn't look as sparkling as in the photo 🥲 but in return the staff are very enthusiastic

I stayed for two nights in Freesia hotel. The first reason I picked this hotel is the location is near to the bus stop from Hanoi. In fact, this location is located also near Sapa Lake and 5 minutes walks to Sapa City Center. Everything was good. Room is spacious, supplementary is complete even they provided us with hair dryer. Staff were helpful too.

Staf begitu frendly dan welcome. Hotelnya bersih dan nyaman. Kami sampai di sapa jam 5 pagi tapi bisa langsung check in karena reseption 24jam dan itu sangat membantu sekali. Tempatnya juga tidak jauh dari titik kumpul sleeper Bus.

Location is not so far from Sapa Market. Htl is good especially staff is so kind to let us c in earlier. I'm so glad. Jan is winter season, so rainy and foggy always exist. Not to do much activities to explore.

Mình check in vào 4h sáng nhưng khách sạn không có lễ tân trực đêm thay vào đó là bác bảo vệ nên phải ngồi chờ 15p sau đó mới nhận được phòng đây là điểm trừ của ks. Nhưng điểm cộng của khách sạn là buffee sáng thì rất đa dạng và ăn cũng vừa miệng

Really well. The staff was very enthusiastic, even keeping my things for me to go out even though I had already checked out. In general, the staff, rooms, amenities, and everything are very good. It's just that the kitchen should change the breakfast dish.

The hotel looks very shabby, the staff is not too enthusiastic, the food is too bad, extremely bad. If the hotel says 4 stars, I can't even rate 1 star. The room is very smelly, has an unpleasant musty smell. Porridge-colored bath towels are like doormats but also make towels for guests to use. I rate this hotel very badly, anyone who reads my review should consider it! I will never go back!
