the location is in the middle, why? if you go to the beach it's pretty y, if you want to go to the airport it's also pretty close so in the middle of the city, close to Lotteria, Big C supermarket, and the Market, the guards are friendly-friendly bathroom ok

Old bed sheets and thin mattress. Room is wide although a bit dark but it is still ok for me. The toilet is spacious and clean. Smooth check-in. Good location.

I had a very satisfying experience. The staff is very accommodating, respectful and helpful. She really go out of her way to assist me when I had a little problem when I left my wallet at the Grab. The place is clean, spacious, near to the places that I want to visit and restaurants are everywhere. I will recommend this place and will come back again. Thank you so much.

I book 1 room for 3 people in 1 night to take the Toeic exam. The room is exactly like the posted image, it is only a bit darker than the photo but ok. The window does not open and there is no fan in the room, the air conditioner is weak. The staff was friendly and welcoming, I checked in early at 12pm and still got the room without any overtime.
