the facilities is clean and neat. I spent 3 days there and staff always welcomed me. there are shampoo and body wash 2 in 1, towel, hair dryer, cotton makeup remover, cotton ear-cleaner. breakfast served from 7am to 10am, the same menu everyday with boiled egg, bread, milk, jam, fruit ... there is a TV and some movies, plus books for reading, a smoking area outside. this hotel is far from the old city 1 km but very close to the prominent night market in chiang mai. there is a motor rental next to the hotel with 80 thb for ordinary bike, 200 for mountain bike and 250 for motorbike with no gasoline. 3 days with nearly 650 thb, it is worth it with me.

The pictures made me think that the room was super spacious. It wasn't, but no complaints here, because almost everything about this place was great. Service was great, place was clean all over all the time, the location was great (close to the night life, night market, food stalls, not too far from the airport). I do have some concerns. 1. You use way too much plastic. There were 3 of us in the room and we drank 16 small bottles of water in the room, 10 of which were mine. I feel like a water dispenser or a pitcher of water would have prevented such a big waste. 2. The "free breakfast" could have been a lot better. Some white bread and a few eggs hardly counts as breakfast. Other hotels of the same price range have better breakfasts than you. All in all, should I ever find myself in Chiang Mai, I'll most probably book at STrips the Poshtel again. Khob khun ma kap!

Good location, convenient transportation, chic family room with en suite bathroom. Suitable for 4 families who want to stay in a hostel. Very friendly staff
