hotel that serves three meals

This is the second time our family has stayed at the Myko Hotel. We absolutely love it: it's comfortable, clean, smells great, has plenty of amenities, our kids love it, and it's close to the mall.

Parking is very difficult, it would be better if the hotel provides a special hotel parking lot, not combined with mall parking, or it would be better if the hotel has a special space in the mall parking lot directly from the lobby, it is difficult when checking out or when we leave at night when the mall is already closed, not to mention the queue at the parking counter to go out and join the mall customers and have to clear first to the mall parking lot and then re-enter the hotel parking lobby when checking out, it would be better if there is an elevator directly to the hotel area if parking is in the mall parking lot. What if we urgently have to go to the parking lot first and what about at night and the mall is closed

The hotel staff was friendly. I called the front desk at 10:00 AM to borrow an iron, but it hadn't been delivered by 10:30 AM. In other hotels, it takes less than 10 minutes from the time I call until the iron is delivered.

Direct access to the mall. So if you're bored, just head to the mall.

The best choice of hotel for a family vacation

Cleanliness is still lacking, the toilets smell a bit bad, there's no freshener, and the exhaust smells. The food also tastes mediocre, some of it even tastes too salty.

The water heater and coffee and tea are not provided. Other than that, it's good.

The food is complete and the service is good

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, highly recommended. If you're in Makassar, this hotel is a top choice.

All staff are fast response and friendly

booked 2 rooms checked in at 3:30 got a room at 5:30 and the event started at 6:30, when getting ready it was already in a rush, pressed for time, the front staff was really unprofessional, even giving the room was confused and didn't explain what the problem was... Yes, you get 3 meals a day, but you get lunch boxed rice that's not very tasty, it's better than hospital food, and the restaurant is really not strategic, small, cramped, lots of people, noisy like a market, how come cutlery like plates, glasses, spoons run out and aren't refilled again, the food is varied but because there are so many people in the unyek-unyek it's like a messy wedding meal, the restaurant floor is dirty, not at all far from elegant, with a price of more than a million, it's not worth it, there are still many better hotels far away... The only plus is that the room is nice, spacious, clean, fragrant & there is a jacuzzi, but the facilities outside the room are not so good. Needs to be improved... The front office & security are also not very friendly.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's always a pleasure. The rooms are spacious and clean, including the bathrooms. It's the only hotel in Moscow that provides three meals during your stay. It's really cool. My son even wants to stay at this hotel again.

The comfort facilities are okay, the staff are friendly, hopefully it will continue like that, for the food, I'm sorry, the taste is just standard even though there are many menu choices with attractive shapes, but the taste is not so much.

Very satisfied and happy to stay at Myko. 2nd time celebrating New Year here. I stayed with my family by booking 2 rooms for 2 nights. Requested connecting rooms. Initially disappointed that the connecting room was unavailable, but I was grateful that the hotel upgraded one of the rooms to a junior suite room and adjoined... so I could still control the children... and because I booked on the app and knew I would definitely arrive late, I wrote a special request on the app to have my lunch packed so I could eat in the fitting room so it wouldn't be difficult to find food and thank God the hotel also paid attention to that. Thank you Myko... For accommodating the special request on the app that I listed. Hopefully I can stay here again.

The hotel service is very good, the rooms are clean, and the view is beautiful 👍
