Good service, good facilities, satisfied staying there.

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights in a joglo room. Upon arrival, we received a welcome drink. The accommodation included facilities for photo opportunities, trekking through the pine forest, and upon leaving, we received a souvenir of lemons and flowers. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water heater worked well. It's recommended to bring an extra blanket if you stay overnight, as the rooms are made of wood and allow outside air to enter the villa. It was a very memorable experience, and I'll likely return.

Everything is really cool. The facilities and views there are amazing.

The staff is very friendly, the view is beautiful, the room is clean and fragrant.. we also got breakfast.. we got a welcome drink, and free entry to all the rides, and we got lemon souvenirs when we went home.. Masyaa Allah, it was our best stay experience...

Starting from booking and check-in went smoothly. While waiting for check-in time, we spent time trying various rides at the tourist location. For those who stay overnight, there are free entrance tickets and morning trekking. Don't forget to take a welcome drink at Pine's Cafe, a pretty warm drink for the evening while waiting for a free movie night at the same place. We took the tree house type, 2 floors with 4 single beds. If you bring children, it's safe, no need to add an extra bed because they can be combined. Just a suggestion, the facilities such as amenities between the upper and lower rooms are the same, so you don't have to go back and forth. Then because there are 4 people, please adjust the number of towels. The TV is in the upper room. Don't forget to bring mosquito repellent, because mosquitoes come to the room in the morning and evening. At night it tends to be safe, maybe because it's cold. In addition, when we arrived there were a lot of flies, both in the cafe and restaurant areas. Making the dining atmosphere less comfortable. Hopefully next time the staff will be more alert, providing candles on the table even though it doesn't help much. Overall we enjoyed it and will comeback someday.

Very friendly staff, quite complete facilities, unfortunately only 1 of the 3 women's toilets has hot water. Comfortable, clean, fresh air because it is smoke-free

The location is quite easy to reach. The staff and security are also okay. The food choices are also varied. Clean and comfortable for the room and the surrounding area. Fast wifi

'escape & nature' is really true, a healing place from urban stress. All the staff are friendly and very quick to respond. Next vacation here again..

Hotel business must provide better service. Input every day the room must be cleaned. Breakfast should not be late.

First time staying at a camp, the mattress was musty, smelly, the room was full of mosquitoes, dirty, there were no tissues or bottled water in the room. The floor was plastered with a plastic carpet, the bathroom was public, all 3 bathrooms had broken showers, I don't want to stay at this hotel again.

The shared bathroom 's doors are broken and cannot be locked properly.

My wife and I stayed at Joglo, the Wifi signal was not good, the water heater was not working properly and the food at breakfast was standard. The rest was okay.

The hotel staff and the staff of The Lodge Woodland rides are very friendly and kind. The explanation given to the guests really helped our stay experience. If you stay here, you will get a free ticket to enjoy The Lodge Woodland tourist attraction. There are many rides and good photo spots offered here. My suggestion and criticism from this place, do pest control on the flies around the cafe or provide a fly catcher with a blue light. Because it is quite disturbing during breakfast and evening bbq. Please decorate the bathroom at the fun camp better. The water heater can also be improved. Because there are some taps that are not connected to the water heater. The rest of our experience staying here was very good. My child also really enjoyed staying in a tent. Although he couldn't ride on some rides yet, my child was quite happy.

It feels like being at one with nature. Even though it is only +/- 20 km from the center of Bandung, the ambience feels very different. Cool and calm. Access to the location is a bit difficult, you have to pass through village roads, but it pays off when you reach the hotel location.
