The hotel staff is friendly and every request is handled quickly. The room is quite spacious, cool and clean. The city view is also quite beautiful.

The surrounding area is quite quiet, there are no minimarkets or places to eat around the hotel. As for the rooms, amenities are complete, only there is no hair dryer. Friendly service

Yesterday there was an event in Ancol, but I chose the wrong Yello. Eh, I chose Yello because I had stayed at Paskal Yello so I repeated my order in Jakarta because there is Yello too. Please note that the towels and the room area need to be re-spotted. The towels also need to be replaced. The same goes for breakfast, which is better at Yello Hotel Paskal, with more variety. With that price, it seems to be in line with the budget, but this morning the bread filled with sausage and guava pudding was hard, was it re-melted hehe. The chicken porridge had no chili sauce, only soy sauce. FO was also good, no deposit after arriving at the hotel. Hopefully, see you in another Yello place

Location is very close to Manggarai station. Very recommended if you are going to use Airport Train from Manggarai in the morning. I also like the rooftop, there's a caffee with nice view. The room is clean and spacious but don't have working table and chair, but still not bad since they already have sofa and table next to the window. The walls are painted white and yellow so it makes me feels comfortable. Sadly, I got a room with broken shower.

I'm so satisfied staying here... This was my first time staying here, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant waitresses, were friendly and very helpful. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the service is 5-star 😍. You guys are amazing, I'm so touched 😇 I happen to be a hotel hospitality student, and I've learned a lot from the friendliness of the staff here. There's no doubt about the Yellow Hotel. I booked one in Bali recently, and now I'm booking one in Jakarta. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are also spotless.

The location is strategic, close to the city center, yet the price is pocket-friendly. The staff is very friendly. The hotel environment and rooms are clean, and we happened to get a room with a pretty good view. Recommended for those staying in the Manggarai area.

Check-in was safe and smooth, the room was clean, and it was great for transit. The staff was also helpful, as I left my suitcase there from morning until evening.

This is my first time staying at Yello in Manggarai. The room is quite spacious, the breakfast is quite tasty, not many variations but it's appropriate for the price. The service is also friendly, the only drawback is that when I requested a hairdryer it wasn't available. It's not very practical for those who want to travel light. Another problem is the location, because there is construction going on around it, it's a bit difficult to access, other than that, all good.

I often stay here, initially because my office gave me a place to stay. Eventually, I also often stay here for personal use. I'm a regular at Yellow Hotel Manggarai, near Padang Pagi Sore, hehe. The hotel's location is very strategic.
