It is ok but it''s vietnam standard, their english speaking is very poor

Hotel staff are not friendly with customers, I will never come here a second time

The hotel is old, cramped, the food is not good, because it is crowded so it has deteriorated.

Staff friendly. The service attitude is very good. There are a few issues that need attention, so remind the staff to regularly clean the balcony.

The central hotel, I just was not happy about the cramped lobby, seemed to take advantage of the business. The front room is hot because of the glass. However I still choose this hotel for next time. You serve well, rooms and towels, clean robes. Hope next time there will be a swimming pool.

Good hotel with reasonable price, room are clean and staff very supportive and friendly. Will be back in the near future if I travel to Nha Trang.

The hotel is nice and very central, convenient.
