The receptionist is not very friendly, unlike expensive hotels. Breakfast can only choose 4 menus. And even then the portion is small, so it is not worth the price I paid. I ordered 2 rooms, arrived at 1 pm and got only 1 key, claiming that the other room was still being cleaned. Even though I saw that the room was ready. I waited until more than 2 pm, finally went back up to the receptionist and it turned out that the key was ready without me being told that it could be taken, even though the officer said that it would be delivered / informed when the room was ready. But in reality it was not. I had to go up and down the stairs. Even though I had previously stayed here comfortably. Now it's actually a setback. Please fix the system, pity other guests who have paid a lot but did not get maximum service. It seems careless. Thank you
