Good service, easy check in-out. Free parking.

Overall it's good, for the location and the room, but because it's still early for the check in and check out process, I don't really understand.

no deposit, affordable price, friendly staff, clean swimming pool, close access to Pakuwon Mall, nice city view.

Lots of ants, and the bathroom is a bit dirty, the bedroom is also dirty. The floor is dirty.

I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the complete equipment as well as the friendly service.

Want to check in, make an appointment first at the lobby to pick up the key. The room is quite clean but there needs to be more maintenance because some of it is not okay. When I checked in, the gas ran out and then it was replaced at night so I could cook. Please upgrade the bathroom again. Mas Gatot is helpful. When checking out, the key is put in the mailbox.

The best, complete facilities, eating and cooking utensils as well as stoves and gallons available. Small but compact and complete. Checking in and checking out is easy, just WA, we already have a set of officers. Free parking. I'll definitely come back here again sometime.

Good service and easy to access. Because the hotel becomes one with the mole. If you want to eat, you can go straight up to the 2nd floor to look for food. Good and thanks to Gatot who helped us with access, we really helped.

The check-in and check-out process is very easy assisted by Mr. Gatot, my suggestion after booking immediately confirm with the Tanglin broker. We also got a free parking card. Access to Tanglin is indeed roundabout, especially for those who are new there, but don't worry there are many security guards to ask. For standard cleanliness, there is a broom if you feel it is not clean enough. Oh yeah. Don't compare it to a hotel, it's clearly different. The price of 500 thousand can get 2 rooms in the supermall area, okay. A stove and gallon of water are also provided. What's special is the pool. Can be used as well as possible. Because it is in the same area as the supermall. Satisfy your shopping 😂 suitable for just a staycation or your business trip. Thanks.

Proses check in susah karena harus menhubungi owner, dan yang bikin tambah susah no telpon yang tertera semua tidak bisa dihubungi. Pihak reception semua cuek, dan nasib mujur ada petugas perempuan yang mau menelponkan owner, kalo seandainya gak ada itu petugas perempuan itu maka uang zonk.

Unit sangat kotor berdebu. Sprei juga kotor dan berdebu sampai anak saya gatal-gatal. Kami datang jam 9 malam, terpaksa tidur dengan kondisi kotor seperti itu karena sudah kecapaian, dan jam 9 pagi kami sudah checkout, bahkan tidak sampai 1 hari, dari rencana 4 hari yang sudah dibayarkan. Dan unit juga tidak seperti yang dijanjikan. Deskripsi awal dikatakan unit di lantai bawah menghadap pool. Ternyata dapat di lantai 30 menghadap city. Sudah coba bicarakan malah saya yang disalahkan tidak pesan dari awal unit lantai bawah. Foto-Foto hanya sekedarnya yang saya tampilkan karena sudah sangat malas ambil foto ingin segera checkout. Lagipula keadaan berdebu ga bisa keliatan di foto, harus dipegang langsung. Saya terus-terusan disuruh kasih bukti foto debu sama yang urus unit.

Clean rooms, easy access, owner is really responsive & standby. Different from other Tanglin apartments. I often go to Tanglin. Only this one is really perfect. Excellent.

The rooms and bedsheets are clean, all the air conditioner also works really well. Definitely coming back. Also the apartment connected to the Pakuwon Mall which is really nice.

Awal datang sudah di sambut dengan kendala parkir, tanya security suruh tanya petugas parkir dari petugas parkir tidak ada solusi, telepon pemilik pun di lempar lagi ke lobby dengan menunggu yang sangat lama akhirnya baru ada solusi. Untuk kamar biasa aja, tidak ada yang istimewa, air panas juga tidak berfungsi, pemilik sangat kurang ngasih informasi. Kalau tidak ada kendala kami tidak akan sewa lagi di sini, cukup sekali dan buat pengalaman kami ke depan nya.
