booking Studio Plus but minus facilities. AC is only a fan, not cold at all. Second, the number we contacted before check-in responded, after we submitted a complaint it was not replied or even read. Bad interior, torn sofa, spring bed feels like spring, dirty, no amenities, and others are still acceptable, but in an apartment without AC is not a good experience at all. At least what response is conveyed by the customer.

The apartment is comfortable, the view is nice. I think I will come here again with my husband, unfortunately at that time I couldn't do a late checkout because it was in high demand.

Spacious room, there is a kitchen and refrigerator. Minus the waiter is not friendly, the room is smelly, the bathroom is smelly, the TV is not very useful because only local Surabaya TV channels are available, there are no toiletries. With a reasonable price, it is better to stay at a hotel
