the location is great. the smell of the toilet could be smelled from the bed. the WiFi internet connection was really slow, and cellular connection reception was also bad. there are gaps in the floor (parquets) (in the picture).

The jacuzzi in the room was comfortable, the location was very strategic, there were cards for playing games, but the jacuzzi leaked and made it wet. The room also smelled a bit musty, probably because the carpet was rarely vacuumed. The room's WiFi connection to Netflix also didn't work.

The check in process was slow. I had to wait 30 minutes at the lobby in order to check in. It was 2 PM and lots of people were checking in as well. There was only one receptionist. But the room is clean and cozy. The AC worked just fine. You can have a relaxed night in here. The hotel is nearby the Sarinah, so you can have dinner there (walkable). Overall it's a good experoence.

The receptionist was okay. The phone service from the room to the hotel was slow to respond or the phone was not answered. The bottom of the mattress was very dusty. The minibar in the room was a bit dirty. The toilet glass in the toilet was dirty and still had traces of previous guests. The water gun sprayer in the bathroom was not working. I found hair on top of my pillow case. Internet was sucked. I kept on relogin the wifi connection for my devices. TV was disconnected to the internet twice so I called the engeneering to fix it. Window side was dirty so I could not be able to see the view clearly. Telephone inside the room was noisy. It might be a problem with the cable or the line. I could not hear the voice clearly. I booked the room for 2 adults but the towel that provided was only one and the quality of the towel was bad. The only good thing to stay here was the jacuzzi and room temperature. The management need to make some improvement! Is not worth the money.

Check-in must be on time at 2 PM. If you want to check in early, you have to pay 300 RB. My first room smelled a bit stuffy. The AC wasn't cold. The checked in was easy,you need to deposit 100K & as usual show your local ID.The bed size I think it's Queen size as the bed sheet wasn't tucked in enough.The cleanliness was OK & again only need to improve cleanliness of the bathroom area.Mould is growing in every corners of the shower area.The second day when I asked to clean my room was not cleaned properly.I assumed wasn't the same Housekeeping who did it because the day 1 when I asked to clean my room was excellent.The second cleaned I found piece of plastic & tissue paper under the sink near toilet bowl & the duvet cover had a visible stain on the bottom of the duvet.Other than that I love the location of the hotel is an easy access to Sarinah & Pasar Tanah Abang.
