Lots of mosquitoes and bugs in the room

The receptionist is cute, friendly and enthusiastic. Housekeeping cleans the room. Breakfast options must be moved to another hotel, alacart, buffet surcharge 99K. The hotel does not have a bell man nor security to guide parking, reversing (parking on the front of QL20 is a bit worrying). At 7am, the receptionist called to move the car to someone else, while it was confirmed the night before that it could be parked there.

Parking is not convenient, room is a bit old.

Everything is ok but the elevator is quite thrilling. The creaking sound makes me feel insecure. The elevator should be maintained regularly.
