Recommended, the hotel makes you want to stay here again

The staff is friendly and nice, the breakfast is delicious, I've been to this hotel twice and have never been disappointed, hopefully I can go to Nava Hotel again next time.

Hotel Nava Tawangmangu is a comfortable hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are clean, the facilities are quite complete, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is also delicious and varied. However, there is a slight problem with the elevator, which only has one unit, so guests have to take turns and sometimes wait quite a long time. Therefore, we sometimes opted to use the stairs. The hotel's location is also very strategic, especially for Catholic guests, as it is close to the church, making it easy to attend Sunday services. Overall, Hotel Nava Tawangmangu remains a good choice for accommodation with satisfactory service.

For my first staycation at Nava Hotel, the room was clean, the bathroom was a bit slippery, the bed wasn't comfortable with a bit of a hard foam, the breakfast was okay, with plenty of variety, but upon arrival, security didn't greet guests with a smile. Upon check-out, no one helped direct them to parking. The parking area is very dangerous because it's close to the road surrounding the hotel. We almost collided with someone coming down the stairs to the parking lot. There wasn't even a security guard on duty there. Please, hotel management should pay more attention to guest safety. the place is nice, there were some animals n small waterfall, pool has nice view too. I booked 2 rooms but they gave me room in front of carpark, cant even open my window curtain as ppl can see from outside -.- both rooms are as bad the view. but the breakfast spread was good.

After checking in here, the service was very friendly. I like the view, the place is clean, the staff are quick to respond to anything. This hotel is highly recommended for any event. There is a garden, a mini zoo with several animals, and a playground for children. For suggestions, please provide more variety in the food and improve the soundproofing of the rooms. Thank you.

All the best! Hopefully we can come back again. Yesterday, because it wasn't high season and was a weekday, it was really comfortable, not complicated, and we could enjoy everything.

The absolute best!!! Kids-friendly...they even have ladles and buckets for bathing babies...aah, the best!!! The food booths are a bit lacking in variety...but that's okay...the food is delicious... Please provide food for the kids without chili...because when we stayed last night, there weren't many options for the kids.

Service was good, breakfast was good. Atmosphere was good. Very pleasant. I'll definitely be back next year.

Clean, affordable price, hotel view, friendly staff

The hotel was easy to find via Google Maps or Waze. Overall, it was comfortable, safe, and pleasant. The rooms were quite clean and spacious (superior). The hotel grounds were spacious, with a large swimming pool and children's play area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the food was lacking in flavor, perhaps just our taste buds. But overall, our stay at Nava Hotel Tawangmangu was quite enjoyable, and we will certainly return if we have plans to visit Tawangmangu. Thank you, Nava.

Very suitable for healing and enjoying the hotel

It's comfortable here, the staff are very friendly... only the size of the deluxe balcony room is not big enough.
