Hotel-class service falls short of expectations, failing to resolve complaints promptly and provide the best solutions for guests. Very disappointing!

Many of the single room beds are already slanted. The floors are also uneven.

Move to the top of the hotel, it's closer to the road

It's still breakfast time but all the food is finished and not fit to eat like trash... the hotel is not recommended at all

Please for housekeeping, when cleaning the room/hallway, do not laugh loudly, joke with friends, and run in the hall because it will really disturb the guests who are resting. Thanks.

It would be better to replace the bed cover with a better and cleaner one, the old one had lots of "islands" of water marks and so on.

The check-in process is fast, the room is quite clean, standard breakfast.

The important thing is number 1: the bathroom is clean (it doesn't have to be great, but clean is very important). Non smoking room, but there is still a bit of residual smell from before. Need to keep the air fresh / clean. Food (morning) is also pretty fresh. The fruit needs to be covered so that small animals don't attack it (we don't take it).

One of the rooms that I booked had no cupboard, the neighbors around the room were very noisy, inadequate bathroom facilities had to be repaired again, smell and cigarette butts were scattered all over the hallway in front of the room so it looked very dirty.

The hot water is tasteless. I wasn't told when I checked in if there was breakfast.

Alhamdulillah comfortable according to the price.

Breakfast at 07.30 is over. Was told to wait 30 minutes. That's a mediocre breakfast.

The air conditioner is not cold, the TV is off, the sink is dirty, I happen to be a child of the bad hotel, it's dirty, sorry, so I can correct it further.

The room smells of urine, the sink is dirty, dirty, there is no warm water.
