Overall was good. It's like a yearly ritual for me when I must attend a yearly event in TSI. The location was not far from Taman Safari Indonesia.

Hotel staff did not help when checking in

Despite arriving at the hotel at 1 a.m. quite late, check-in went very smoothly thanks to the warm welcome from the friendly and prompt staff. The hotel's location right on the main road makes it easy to access, even in the early hours of the morning. As soon as I entered my room, I was immediately impressed by the classic-style room key – a unique retro touch that adds to the hotel's character. The spacious parking area was also a plus, very convenient for those of us who drive. There is air conditioning, but even without using it, I was surprised by how cool the air in the room felt. The naturally cool temperature made for a very restful and comfortable sleep. Furthermore, the water heater worked perfectly, ensuring a refreshing morning shower. Overall, my stay here was very satisfying. With friendly service, adequate facilities, and a strategic location, this hotel is a great choice for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. I will definitely return!

Got a really bad room, next time I won't stay there again

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the price is cheap, and the access is close to the road.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, the swimming pool is clean, the breakfast is delicious even though there is less variety, the sheets and pillows are clean, the view is cool, you can see the mountains in the morning. The hotel is old but they still want to fix it up, so it still looks modern inside. So, don't just look at the outside, guys. It's really great 👍

The service from all the staff was good, the room was comfortable, but the soundproofing wasn't good because it was right on the main road of Nex, maybe I'll come back again

The staff is friendly, items are offered to be brought to the room, the room is clean, the swimming pool is clean, the hot water works & the AC is cold. The only downside is that the TV is not up to date because there are only a few broadcasts.

very pleasant all available with good AC, swimming pool, friendly staff, available electric kettle mineral water but unfortunately the size is very small, no coffee or tea GPP luckily I had brought it, the water heater works very well, cleanliness, location is easy to find thank you Permata Alam Hotel, continue to be successful and always improve the best service

friendly hotel staff. the hotel is easy to find because it is next to the highway. affordable price, clean room, clean bathroom. there is hot water, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo. the room AC is cold, there is an electric kettle to boil water and there is also wifi. I took the package including breakfast. breakfast is quite delicious with fried rice, eggs, pickles and crackers. there is toast. choice of drinks: tea, chocolate, black coffee.
