The atmosphere is very comfortable, first experience.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel so comfortable.

Stay away from zamrud. Its a bad joke. I booked online paying IDR 550,000. The hotel has a board at the gate announcing the room @IDR 319000! Same superior room. No sink, no tap! You brush your teeth in the shower overhead. Small dingy mosquito infested room. They had charged me for even breakfast, but I got a box with a handfull of rice and Rotten, yes, Rotten stinking piece of chicken and red coloured sauce. They didn't even provide coffee. No blanket on the bed. The staff have no idea what is “hospitality business “!

Near the mosque, near the beach and near places to eat.

In the room there are lots of mosquitoes and the ac remote is broken.

Dirty room walls. The sheets, bed covers and pillows are dirty and itchy, towels are not clean, there is no sink. When checking in and checking out, the receptionist clerk is not on standby. The hotel atmosphere is quite comfortable, beautiful and calm.
