Friendly and enthusiastic staff

The room was very clean and exactly as pictured. But the breakfast was too simple.

Clean room, airy view, convenient location. However: 1) limited breakfast options, not suitable for a 4* hotel; 2) hotel regulations require check-out after 12pm to pay an additional 50% of the day's fee and after 6pm to pay an additional 100%. The regulations are not clear about the number of minutes in this table (6pm can be 6:00pm to 6:59pm). When a guest checked out at 6:03pm, the receptionist insisted on paying the full 100%. Too rigid and traps customers.

I stayed in the Grand Suite room, my first impression was that the room was big, spacious and beautiful, the room price was quite high. The location is 1.5km from the beach so I still had to go by car to the beach. When I first checked in, the receptionist was not friendly, my family went by car and the security guard did not show us where to park, so we just stayed inside probably because we were afraid of the sun, why were the receptionists and security guards all unfriendly?

The room is exactly like the picture, but I have not experienced the swimming pool because the weather is hot and it closes early at night

Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is also a lot of variety.

This time I booked a Double Queen room when the room was small. no slippers in the room. The previous installment in the Suite was extremely beautiful and wide.

Hotel rooms are nice, clean, staff friendly. Breakfast is poor. Location near the center should travel quite convenient! Will come back if you have a chance to visit Da Nang again

All was very good except the tap was too weak, the family on the 8th floor opened the tap, the tap was empty. Need to fix this problem, the hotel is great
