My go-to for any impromptu trip to Jogja. Absolutely the best.

The minimalism of this place appealed to my Nordic (functionalist) sensibilities. Speaking of which, a coffee house by the name of Copenhagen is just across the street with the same Instagrammable, sparse but luminous, aesthetic. Cleanliness second to none. Located close to a busy street, but a room with a garden view is quiet inside. The channel selection on TV is okay if you want to spend time in your hotel room.

Last-minute booking and all processes were easy, clean room, and lots of food nearby.

The bathroom smells like feces. There's an animal in the bathroom.

The bidet in the bathroom kept leaking, but the staff was nice and responsive.

This hotel is actually good overall (location, parking, room), but for some reason, it was very quiet even though I stayed on a weekend (Friday-Sunday). Pros: - Spacious room with very large windows - Decent bathroom - A fairly large table and a chair - A large mirror - Fast cooling AC - Friendly, smiling, and courteous staff - Parking is in the back and is spacious enough for cars, with a canopy for motorcycles - Easy access and close to busy areas - Close to Indomaret Fresh and Alfamidi Cons: - Hot water has to wait 1-2 minutes - The shower is dirty and has limescale - The sink is a bit clogged - There's an unpleasant odor (probably from the bathroom drain) which is quite disturbing when the room isn't in use - Slow Wi-Fi - The TV isn't Android and only uses a regular antenna (the broadcast is spotty) - This hotel is for sleeping only; breakfast is not provided.

The room is quite big with a large mirror, the TV is not a smart TV so you can only watch a few channels, not YouTube or Netflix, I don't know why the bathroom drain smells a bit pungent 😬. For the price of 300, it's very standard but strategic from good places

Clean room, clean toilet Just a suggestion for choosing curtains, please change them to darker and thicker ones...the sun's rays are really hot from morning to afternoon...otherwise everything is fine

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out process, close to food places in Jakal. Clean and fragrant room, bed or mattress is quite soft and comfortable. Kids like it. Close to access if you want to go to Merapi
