Clean rooms, friendly hotel staff

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean enough, and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, it was good.

The location is easy to find, close to the shopping center. The staff are all friendly, and the parking is well-directed by the staff. Overall, everything was fine during my stay.

Because we booked a room 2 hours before check in, via the app and it happened to be available and met our expectations.

Hotel with culinary in Kaliurang area, great

All the staff were friendly during my visit. Sometimes the male receptionists aren't very friendly. Luckily, all the staff at check-in and check-out were women. The restaurant is always friendly, both men and women, and very helpful. This time, I got a room on the 5th floor, no. 526, facing the North Ring Road. I couldn't sleep at night, the sound of motorbikes and exhausts was really loud. I couldn't sleep all night because of the noise from the vehicles, which is due to poor soundproofing. Thank you.

The AC made a very annoying noise..the reception staff when we arrived were not friendly..the bathroom had no partition so the water overflowed everywhere and the bathroom area was muddy..the most annoying thing was the bathroom lock which made my arm hurt because the lock hook was sticking out..I never review bad hotels… but this was really uncomfortable staying 2 nights there..the omelette was also cold and already a bit dry when it was served…the towels were torn and the sheets were a bit shabby..please improve the service🙏

All the facilities and services are excellent. The hotel is located close to Pakuwon Mall, and the surrounding area is easily accessible by foot from many shops, minimarkets, and laundry facilities. My only regret is that the smoking rooms are open, and the smoke permeates the entire hotel hallway, lingering on your clothes and mattress. The hotel's amenities are commensurate with the price.

Parking can be quite a challenge as there is very limited space, other than that this is a good hotel.

The location is very strategic, close to Tugu Monument, Malioboro, and Tugu Station. The building is quite old, but it's well-maintained.

The staff lacked enthusiasm for welcoming guests, making it seem like we were the ones who needed them, not them. The room smelled of cigarettes and was damp. The furniture was old and hadn't been upgraded, giving the room a creepy feel. There was no hot water for the shower, so it was freezing. The food wasn't very tasty, and the breakfast selection was limited.
